Low Immunity

 

At any time of the year, we should be taking measures to boost our immunity.  At any time, people are sniffling, sneezing and coughing their way through life and your defenses may at times let you down. 

 

 

 

 

Stress, lack of slepp and poor lifestyle can all lower immune defenses and leave you susceptible to picking up bugs.  We come into contact with invading pathogens on a daily basis, but our immune system blocks their attmepts to take over.  When we are overworked and run-down, we use up those essential minerals and vitamins that keep the immune system functioning. 

 

 

 

Apart from supplementation with particular vitamins and minerals, herbal medicines may also be of benefit to boost immunity, increase energy and restore the nervous system. 

 

 

 

Children are often exposed to many illnesses whilst at school.  There ae some wonderful children's supplements that boost their defences and taste good too!  An example of an illness typically seen in older teenagers is Glandular Fever.  This commonly leads to Chronic Fatigue which can often be a lifelong condition.  Help protect your kids as well as yourself today!
