This includes running drills, bodyweight resistance activities, group games and partnered exercises using the available resources at Frazer Park.
It’s time to shape up for the Summer sun, so take the plunge – while you get some fresh air, get lean – GET MEAN!
Wear appropriate workout gear and bring water and a towel.
Our boot camp classes are held at 6am every Wednesday and Friday morning and 6pm every Monday evening at Marrickville Park Cnr of Frazer St & Livingston Rd
Mums and Bubs
No need to leave bub in a crèche while you sweat it out at the gym – get the little one involved in the fun!
We know that babies don’t run to a timetable, so we provide you with a supportive environment in which to get a great workout that targets bums, tums and fat loss all whilst interacting with baby and using the stroller!
Think about the excellent example you set for your baby by incorporating them in your exercise routine, at the same time as meeting lots of local mums.
Anything goes in this class. Baby needs a feed? No problem! Gotta change him? No worries! You’re free to participate and move away from the group as the need arises and as you wish – its important to take things at your pace and find your natural Rhythm.
NO PRESSURE, NO STRESS! Get fit, have fun, feel great – AND lose weight!
Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes to work out in, bring water and a towel.
